Guitars need climate control
Wood instruments crack, warp, and delaminate without proper humidity management. Generic warehouses don't know — or care.
🔧
Setup matters at point of sale
Guitars shipped directly from factories often need action and intonation work before a dealer or customer will be happy. That falls back on you.
🛃
Canadian import complexity
Duties, HS codes, CFIA and CBSA compliance — entering the Canadian market from abroad requires a local partner who understands the landscape.
📦
Dealers expect B2B logistics
Canadian music retailers need EDI-ready, properly labeled, routed shipments — not unmarked boxes shipped from overseas with no tracking.
🔁
Returns need instrument expertise
When a guitar comes back, a generic 3PL will "inspect" and restock it. You need someone who can actually assess, triage, and decide what happens next.

Issue Triage
& Minor Repairs

Not every defect warrants a full return to factory. We assess, fix minor cosmetic issues, and communicate transparently about what we can resolve vs. what needs escalation.

  • Cosmetic touch-ups: dings, finish blemishes, scratches
  • Hardware tightening, strap button, jack issues
  • Electronics check (acoustic-electric, active pickups)
  • Factory liaison for warranty escalations

Strategic location.
Real advantage.

Port of Vancouver — Canada's busiest port
The Port of Vancouver handles over 170 million tonnes of cargo annually and is the primary North American entry point for Asia-Pacific shipments. Your guitars travel a shorter, cheaper route.
Lower inbound shipping costs
Routing through Vancouver versus eastern ports means significantly lower ocean freight costs for manufacturers in Japan, Korea, China, and Indonesia — your primary origin countries.
Established music industry ecosystem
Vancouver has a deep music retail and artist community. We understand the dealers, the market, and what Canadian musicians expect when they open a guitar box.
Cross-border optionality
For manufacturers who also target the US Pacific Northwest, our Vancouver location provides seamless cross-border shipping access — one warehouse, two markets.

Questions manufacturers
always ask us

Do you work with brands that have no Canadian presence yet?
Yes — this is our primary client type. We act as your on-the-ground Canadian operation. Many brands use us as their effective Canadian distribution arm before establishing a local entity.
What humidity level do you maintain, and how is it monitored?
We maintain 45–55% relative humidity and 16–22°C temperature year-round using commercial HVAC and humidification systems. Data is logged continuously and we can share monthly climate reports with clients.
What does "guitar setup" include exactly?
Our standard setup includes: truss rod adjustment for proper neck relief, string action (saddle height), intonation calibration, nut slot check, and tuning stability test. Optional upgrades include re-stringing, fret polish, and electronics check.
Can you ship to both dealers and end consumers?
Absolutely. We handle both B2B (music retailers, buying groups) and D2C (direct to consumer via Shopify, Amazon.ca, or your own channels). Many clients use us for both simultaneously.
How do you handle customs and import documentation?
We work closely with licensed Canadian customs brokers. We help prepare the necessary documentation and can advise on HS codes, CBSA requirements, and CETA / CUSMA trade agreement implications for your country of origin.
What is your minimum volume requirement?
We have a monthly minimum billing of $600 CAD, which most clients reach easily with modest volume. We're designed to scale with you — from 20 units/month to 500+. There are no long-term volume commitments required upfront.
Do you have liability coverage for instruments in your care?
Yes. Our facility carries commercial general liability and cargo insurance. Specific coverage details and limits are outlined in our service agreement. High-value instruments can be individually declared for enhanced coverage.
How quickly can we get started?
Onboarding typically takes 3–5 business days — we set up your account in our WMS, align on your SKU structure, and agree on setup specs. Your first inbound shipment can arrive within 2 weeks of initial inquiry.
